Refund/Cancellation/Postponement Policy for Registration

Refund Policy

Hybrid Management Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 1353797-P) (“Hybrid Management”) reserves the right to refuse/cancel registrations. Once paid, registration fees are non-refundable except for certain circumstances determined by the organizer (e.g. event cancellation by organizer). If Hybrid Management refuses a registration, registrants will be offered a refund.

Event Cancellation & Postponement Policy

Hybrid Management reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment, inclement weather, or other circumstances that would make the event non-viable. If Hybrid Management cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registrations to the same event at the new, future date.

Note:

  • If a refund is granted, we will request for registrant’s bank details in order to process the refund through online bank transfer.
  • 100% of the registration fee will be refunded to the registrant who paid directly to Hybrid Management’s bank account;
  • 90% of the registration fee will be refunded to the registrant who paid via online registration-link payment channel (iPay88).
  • It takes 7 working days to process your request, payment notification will be sent to you via email.
